You have recently completed a new residential home for our family in Ashwaubenon, WI.  We want all of you to know that our family has been very pleased with the entire building process.  From the start we felt you were creating “our home” instead of just another property.  Plans were created with our needs in mind.  Our ideas and input were values.  Additions or deletions were handled with the utmost professionalism.  Not knowing a lot about the building process, we were kept in the loop on changes, problems, issues that arose.  Your ability to communicate with us on a daily basis was unsurpassed.  Overall, our experience with Best Built Inc. was extremely positive and enjoyable.
After our plans were created and the project started to take form, your crews could not have been more diligent and hard working.  We stopped by the home site almost every day.  They treated us with courtesy and answered any questions we had.  We were extremely impressed with their compassion and commitment to detail.  We would bring questions up to them and they were aware and had a plan for their completion.  They made the building process what it should be, an exciting and positive time for all.

March of 1999 celebrates our fifth year on Sunkist Circle, in the home erected by Best Built Inc.  Laura and I are as happy today with our purchase as we were the day we moved in.  The homes is well built, architecturally pleasing, and economically priced.  More importantly, the service rendered by your organization even after five years is as prompt and courteous as the day we did our final walk-through prior to closing.  To us, this is the mark of a quality builder who stands behind his product.  As a result, our next home will be built by Best Built Inc. without hesitation.

On behalf of Chriss/Shane Murphy, I’d like to say thank you for the great job your workers did in Brillion.  I get compliments all the time what a beautiful place WestWind Estates is.  Thank you all for doing such a great job and look forward to seeing the whole crew when phase two starts in early fall.

We love our home and cant thank you enough.  We do miss our sometimes daily phone conversations and meetings, so if you ever get lonely for us, just call!!  When we told you our house was going on the market on Friday the 13^th, you told us we were brave to do such a thing.  Well, here’s the scenario, we put our house on the market on March 13^th, we sold our house on July 13^th, and we moved into our new home on December 13^th.  We think the 13^th is very lucky for us and so is the day we were introduced to Craig Kassner, owner of Best Built Inc.  It has been a pleasure and we thank you.
